David Tyree began his NFL career with the New York Giants in 2003 when he was drafted by the in the 6th round of the 2003 NFL draft. He is best known for his famous “Helmet Catch” in the final two minutes of Super Bowl XLII, a drive that was instrumental in the Giants victory over the New England Patriots. Tyree currently resides in Wayne, NJ with his wife and four children. He was named Director of Player Development for the New York Giants in 2014.
