Montville Recreation Department Soccer Squirts

The Montville Recreation Department will be sponsoring SOCCER SQUIRTS classes for Ages 3-5.

Soccer Squirts learn the fundamentals of soccer through a program of structured activities and fun based games designed to stimulate a child’s imagination and develop motor skills. Each session is designed to promote coordination, movement and balance and most importantly fun, fun and fun. United Soccer Academy’s unique Squirts program promotes a love for the beautiful game in a safe and controlled environment. Over the 8 weeks your child will learn: Starting and stopping, changing direction, Introduction to passing and shooting, Dribbling and Movement with the ball, & Scrimmaging.

Children should wear comfortable clothing. Please have your child bring a WATER BOTTLE! Classes take place at the Montville Community Park Turf Fields in Montville on Thursdays OR Camp Dawson Turf Fields in Towaco on Sundays. Sundays classes take place on April 12, 19, 26, May 3, 10, 17, 31 & June 7 (No: 5/24) from either 1:15pm to 2:15pm OR 3:15pm to 4:15pm. Thursday classes take place on April 16, 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28 & June 4 from either 3:30pm to 4:30pm OR 4:30pm to 5:5:30pm.

* In case of inclement weather a Make-up class will be added on at the end of the session!!!

Instruction is provided by United Soccer Academy Coaches.

The cost is $140.00 per person for the 8 (eight) week program.
