Montville teachers and students host a weekend of music to support Montville Arts and Project Graduation
June 5 and June 7 all ages are invited to concerts with heart and soul for community causes
Friday, June 5 and Sunday, June 7 Montville musicians will rock the town while raising money for two great community causes.
The Hearts for the Arts Concert will be held Friday, June 5, at 7:00PM in the gym at the Robert R. Lazar Middle School in Montville New Jersey. Students from Flute Choir, Jazz Ensemble, and vocal soloists will support the Lazar teacher band, Fridays @4.
The concert will benefit the Fine, Practical and Performing Arts Department at Lazar.

Tickets are $5, and the evening will be a fabulous event for families and people of all ages. Refreshments will also be sold.
Come out and enjoy the talented students and teachers of Lazar Middle School. Everyone is invited to attend this exciting event for a very important cause.

Summer Festival 2015 mark the launch of summer at the Montville Community Park Amphitheatre on Sunday, June 7. Beginning at 3:00PM, This great outdoor event will feature the Montville Township High School’s award-winning School of Rock, under the direction of Anthony Sia.
Sia was awarded the Lakeland Hills YMCA Teacher of the Year Award in May.
Over thirty students and alumni will cover classic rock-n-roll, jazz, rhythm, blues, pop, and more from the past 50 years of danceable music.
There will also be juggling, magic, face painting and refreshments.
Admission is $5 for students and $10 for adults. The festival will go on for the afternoon and will be a great opportunity for the community to support the Montville Township Drug Awareness Council’s (DAC) annual Project Graduation event.
Now in its 31st year, Montville’s Project Graduation is the longest running program of its type in New Jersey. This annual DAC event is a drug free, post-graduation, party for Montville’s graduating seniors. On average, 98% of all graduating seniors from Montville Township High School attend Project Graduation.
The Hearts for the Arts Concert will be held Friday, June 5, at 7:00PM in the gym at the Robert R. Lazar Middle School. The school is located at 123 Changebridge Road in Montville, New Jersey. Tickets are $5 and the concert will benefit Lazar arts programs.
School of Rock’s Summer Festival 2015 will begin at 3:00PM at the Montville Community Park Amphitheatre on Sunday, June 7. The Amphitheatre is located behind the Montville Township Library at 90 Horseneck Road, Montville, New Jersey. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults, and all proceeds will support Project Graduation.
