My Experience with Reinhardt Paving

I recommend against anyone using Reinhardt Paving based in Wayne, NJ. I AM SORRY THAT I DID!

Steve was doing work in my neighborhood and I called him over to repair cracks on my driveway and then seal it.

My driveway is about 200' long so this is not a small job. We went over all of the cracks and Steve explained that he would fill the larger cracks with asphalt and then brush or trowel in material for the medium cracks. The smaller cracks would be filled in with the sealant.

We discussed that the driveway would not be totally smooth when the job was done and we agreed that the patches would be visible but filled.

He repaired about half of the cracks with the material he had left over from the job he was doing and said he would bring material to fill the rest of the cracks the next day when he would seal both my neighbor's driveway and mine.

The next day he came back to seal but did no patching before he did.

He said that he would come back and take care of things.

I was going away for the weekend so I "stupidly" paid him based on him being a "local guy who my neighbor knew"

Of course he never came back to fix anything and cracks in my driveway as large as an inch wide remain unpatched.

I have called him five times asking when he was going to come back and finish but he has not been back.

Steve left me one message after my first call that he was coming back "over the next day or two" but has never shown.

Bottom line. Steve Reinhardt did a poor job on my driveway and now refuses to make the job right.

DO NOT USE REINHARDT PAVING as chances are you will receive the same crappy workmanship and service that I did.
