Photos: Wind Ensemble Performs at Senior House

The concert was the second in the summer concert series.

The Central Jersey Wind Ensemble is under the direction of Maestro Nicholas Santoro who has recently retired as supervisor of fine arts for the South Orange Maplewood School District in New Jersey.

Founded in 1993, Santoro declares that the CJWE is a professional organization dedicated to promoting the performance of wind band literature throughout the Central Jersey area, as well as, providing concerts and clinics for thousands of students participating in school band programs.

The CJWE is comprised of some of the top percussion instrumentalists in the state, whose credentials include performing with organizations as the New Jersey Symphony, Monmouth Symphony, the Orchestra of St. Peter by the Sea, the New Jersey State Opera, the Imperial Brass Band and the Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra.
