Saint Pius X School Shows Appreciation for Our Troops Through Operation Gratitude

Students at Montville's Saint Pius X School Gathered to Pack And Ship Letters and Sweet Treats Through Operation Gratitude

On the heels of Veteran's Day, the student body at Saint Pius X School in Montville gathered to pack more than 300 pounds of Halloween candy donations for Operation Gratitude, a charitable organization dedicated to sending care packages to military, first responders, veterans and their families. In addition to organizing the donations and packing boxes of these sweet treats for the troops, elementary and middle school students also wrote personal letters to our nation's heroes, thanking them for their bravery and service to our country. The effort was a part of the annual Operation Gratitude "Halloween Candy Donation" program.

With more than 60 years of academic excellence, Saint Pius X School remains a top private parochial school in Morris County, offering PreK through Grade 8.
