MOORESTOWN, NJ — The new Pearl Apartments are now available to rent next to Moorestown Mall.
The 375 units each include quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and layouts in one-, two-, and three-bedroom styles.
"It is a celebration of everything Moorestown represents," said Thomas A. Leonard III, Chairman, Bel Canto Asset Growth Fund LLC. "Pearl was built with intention, with craft, and with a deep respect for this community."
Located at 1501 Nixon Dr., a resort-style pool, full fitness center, and a podcast-recording studio are part of the facility.
"From the moment you step through the door, you'll feel the difference...Moorestown deserves nothing less," added Jennifer A. Nevitt, CEO, Bel Canto Asset Growth Fund LLC.
Moorestown Mall's longtime owner, PREIT, sold the lot to Bel Canto in 2022 after a rezoning agreement with the township to reshape the future of the 84-acre space.
Under the New Jersey Fair Housing Act, there are 75 units set aside for those who qualify for affordable housing.
