Annual Peach Festival In Moorestown Aug. 23

A Peachy Community Celebration at First United Methodist Church in Moorestown will take place on Aug. 23.

(First United Methodist Church)

First United Methodist Church of Moorestown will be celebrating over 40 years of hosting their annual Peach Festival on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. The festival will feature fresh peaches in a variety of preparations, including homemade baked goods and ice cream.

Families will enjoy a variety of children’s activities, including a moon bounce and active games, and from 6:30-7:30 the King’s Road Revival band will keep things lively with fun, contemporary music. Along with all the peach confections, hot dogs, hamburgers, and pork roll sandwiches will be served at no additional charge.

The Peach Festival supports Moorestown Ministerium’s three local food pantries at First Baptist Church, Bethel AME Church, and St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church. Please contribute to this ongoing need by bringing a can of food to the Peach Festival.
