The Moorestown resident and renowned "King of Crab Cakes" recently visited the Rotary Club.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Moorestown resident and renowned “King of Crab Cakes” Bobby Chez recently visited the Moorestown Breakfast Rotary Club to tell his life story.

Chez has been featured in over 20 different publications, including “The New York Times,” “The Philadelphia Inquirer,” “The Burlington Country Times,” and Philadelphia Magazine. Zagat also rated him for "Best Crab Cakes," and he is popular among QVC customers.

Locally, he’s known for the elaborate Christmas light display he puts up each year at his home in Moorestown.
When Chez closed his landmark South Jersey restaurant Chez Robert in 2005, he reinvented himself and opened Bobby Chez. His chain of South Jersey retail stores are synonymous with exceptional crabcakes and unique seafood cuisine.
