The American Farmland Trust ranked the Burlington County market as New Jersey's 8th most popular farmers market.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — New Jersey's farmers-market season is on its way back, including the return of the Burlington County Farmers Market this weekend in Moorestown.

The market kicks off Saturday and runs weekly, rain or shine, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Burlington County Agricultural Center (500 Centerton Rd., Moorestown). The American Farmland Trust ranked the Burlington County market as New Jersey's eighth most popular farmers market.

"It’s a great attraction for our residents and an important resource for our farmers and small business vendors who use the market to increase their sales and promote their goods," County Commissioner Director Felicia Hopson said in a statement. "Opening Day is always exciting and promises to be one of the biggest events of the year at our Agricultural Center."
