Moorestown Theater Company Presents Moorestown Debut Of "Chicago: Teen Edition"

The “Razzle Dazzle” and “All That Jazz” will be on display with the Moorestown Premiere of “Chicago: Teen Edition”!

The award-winning Moorestown Theater Company presents its second ‘Summer Stage’ production of its 2026 Season tonight at 7 PM at First Methodist Church (FMC).

This musical, with a beloved score by Broadway icons John Kander and Fred Ebb and a book by theater legend Bob Fosse (along with Ebb), opens Tonight / Tuesday, July 14 with the first of six performances in the air-conditioned FMC!

This show, which does have a PG-13 rating due to adult themes, will have six (6) performances on these dates and times:

   - Tuesday, July 14 at 7 PM

   - Wednesday, July 15 at 11 AM

   - Wednesday, July 15 at 7 PM

   - Thursday July 16 at 11 AM

   - Thursday, July 16 at 7 PM

   - Friday, July 17 at 11 AM

Reserved-seat tickets for this story about ‘merry murderesses’ ‘Velma Kelly’ and ‘Roxie Hart’, lawyer ‘Billy Flynn’, and the rest of the residents in and around the Cook County Jail, are available at www.MoorestownTheaterCompany.org ($18 and $13) or at the door ($20 and $15). Tickets are available on line until three hours before ‘curtain time’, but they will still be available at the door starting one hour before ‘curtain time’.

All performances are at MTC's Theater in First Methodist Church at 446 E. Camden Avenue (but it's easier to enter the parking lot from Kings Highway or Pleasant Valley Avenue). Please enter through the door near the large flag pole in the parking lot.

This musical is a condensed version of the six-time Tony Award-winning revival that has been running on Broadway since November 14, 1996 (11,688 performances through July 12, 2026). It will be performed by a 31-Member Cast of High School and Middle School students.
