Chesterbrook Academy in Moorestown Donates to Toys for Tots

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Moorestown recently collected a donation of more than 60 gifts for Toys for Tots. Students held the toy drive from Oct. 20 through Dec. 1, and a representative from Toys for Tots stopped by Chesterbrook Academy on Dec. 4 to pick up the donations. The toys will be gifted to Moorestown-area families in need in time for the holidays. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping others and giving back to the community, especially during the holiday season.

The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
