Five Things You Need to Know

Town council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Auditorium. Here are five things on the agenda. 

1.     The 2011 Budget Resolution will get its first reading tonight. Second reading and adoption will be in 28 days following first reading.

2.      A resolution will be introduced to establish the tax levy for Year XIII of the Moorestown Open Space, Recreation and Farmland and Historic Preservation Trust Fund Program. The tax levy can be anywhere from 1 to 6¢. Since the last vote in 2007, the levy has remained at 1¢.

3.     On the consent agenda is an item to authorize a professional services contract to Taylor Design Group for planning and landscape architectural services in connection with the
