November was another busy month for Frank Giordano, Moorestown, NJ resident who is President & CEO of The Philly POPS and President & CEO of Atlantic Trailer Leasing Company. Giordano was recognized by two valued organizations. On November 17, 2017, The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of UNICO National presented him with their prestigious Community Leadership Award at a dinner held at the Union League of Philadelphia. A few days later, on November 20, the Honorable Domenic F. Pileggi presented him the Justinian Award at the Annual Dinner of the Justinian Society of Delaware County held at Springfield Country Club in Springfield, PA.
UNICO’s Community Leadership Award is their highest and most distinguished honor recognizing an extraordinary leader. The honoree must be a person who demonstrates the practice and ideals of UNICO National and its motto of “Service Above Self.” Giordano was the perfect recipient of this honor.
The Justinian Society recognized Giordano in honor of his vast accomplishments and to celebrate a shared respect for the Italian heritage and culture. Giordano joins such past recipients as Dick Vermeil, former Head Coach for the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles in 2016, George Anastasia, nationally recognized author, journalist and veteran reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer in 2015, and in 2014. Jaclyn Zappacosta of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
