MOORESTOWN, NJ — Two Moorestown students are among nine from Burlington and Ocean counties who have been accepted to military service academies, Rep. Andy Kim (D-3) said this week. These students were nominated by Congressman Kim and will attend as part of the class of 2024.
Jack Stewart will enroll in the U.S. Air Force Academy, while Samuel Winkler will enroll in the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
“Our military service academies provide the training and education for the leaders of the future, and I’m proud to have so many from our community accepted for attendance,” Kim said. “On behalf of our community, I want to congratulate them for this incredible achievement and for their dedication of service. They truly are an inspiration to us all.”
