MOORESTOWN, NJ — The new coronavirus outbreak in New Jersey and across the nation is having vast impacts in Moorestown, including the closure of schools and many businesses.
Moorestown also saw its first fatalityrelated to new coronavirus over the weekend. A 73-year-old Moorestown man was among 200 deaths related to new coronavirus that were reported on Saturday, according to Burlington County officials.
As of Monday morning, there were 577 cases of new coronavirus in Burlington County, including 46 in Moorestown. There were 13 fatalities in the county altogether. Five of the Moorestown residents have been cleared from quarantine.
