MOORESTOWN, NJ — A man accused of masturbating in front of teens at a Maple Shade dog park had exposed himself to victims around Moorestown days earlier, police said Tuesday.
Brian J. Miller, 52, of Maple Shade, pulled his pants down and exposed his intimate parts to victims during two separate incidents July 28 in Moorestown, authorities said. First, police say he "performed a sex act upon himself" in front of a woman on Main Street. Shortly after, he exposed himself to two kids who were selling lemonade outside of their home, according to law enforcement.

The man spoke with her for a short period until she noticed that he had his pants down and was performing a sexual act upon himself, police said. He then followed the victim after she tried to leave by crossing the street and entering a store, according to law enforcement.
Miller left the area once police were called.
At 2:30 p.m. that day, officers reported to Westbrook Drive. Police were advised that two teens — both minors — were selling lemonade at the end of their driveway when a man in a silver convertible pulled up and offered to buy some. As both teens approached the man, he pulled his pants down and exposed his intimate parts, authorities said.
The victims went inside and alerted their parents, who took a photo of Miller and his vehicle as he idled at the end of the block, police said. They alerted Moorestown police, and Miller was later identified.
It wasn't immediately clear when Miller was identified and arrested. Patch contacted Moorestown police but didn't immediately get a response.
Two days after the Moorestown incidents, Miller masturbated in front of two underage teens at Collins Lane Dog Park in Maple Shade, according to the township's police department. He was arrested at the scene and charged with lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
After his arrest in Maple Shade, authorities took him to a local hospital for evaluation.
