Man Reported Missing In South Jersey: Police

He was seen in a forest near a lake, officials said.

PITTSGROVE, NJ — New Jersey State Police asked for the public's help in locating a man who was reported missing.

Richard Beckett, 50, of Pittsgrove, was last seen on March 29 at around 12:30 p.m. at Bass River State Forest near Lake Absegami.

He stands at 5-foot-11 and weighs around 280 pounds, according to officials.

Beckett also has a gray beard.
