Miles Technologies Wins Three More Awards in Marcom 2019

LUMBERTON, N.J., December 11, 2019 — Miles Technologies, an award-winning multifaceted technology company with 22 years of experience, has earned three awards and three honorable mentions from MARCOM’s 2019 competition. The New Jersey-based company features services including IT management, software development, cybersecurity, digital marketing, web design, and consulting. To date, the company has won 17 awards in six competitions this year.

The Platinum Award-winning submission was a poster for the ERP software Striven. The websites for Artesia Glass Windows and Titan Business Coaching received the Gold Award. Meanwhile, the Marsden and Incident Co. websites, along with the brochure for Westchester Family Care, received Honorable Mentions.

“This is proof that all their hard work matters and has paid off,” said John Bialous, Chief Operating Officer of Miles Technologies. “Everything [my team] poured into this, the blood, sweat and tears, has paid off and continues to pay off. [My team] should be as proud as I am.”

MarCom’s Platinum Award was presented to those entries judged to be among the most outstanding entries in the competition. Platinum Winners were recognized for their excellence in terms of quality, creativity, and resourcefulness. About 17 percent won this award.

The Gold Award was presented to those entries judged to exceed the highest standards of the industry norm. Approximately 24 percent were Gold Winners. Honorable Mention certificates were granted to those entries that met the expectations of the judges. About 10 percent were Honorable Mention winners.

Entries receiving scores of 90-100 were Platinum Winners,80-89 were Gold Winners, and 70-79 were Honorable Mention Winners. In some cases, there were no winners or multiple winners in a given category. The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals acted as the third-party evaluator of the creative work within this competition. The organization has judged over 200,000 entries since its formation in 1994.
