Moorestown Boys Basketball Team To Compete At Seagull Classic

MOORESTOWN, NJ - The Moorestown High School boys basketball team will compete at an event that has featured NBA talent in the past this weekend.

Moorestown will participate in the Seagull Classic at Holy Spirit High School on Saturday. The Quakers tip off against St. Augustine at 4 p.m. on Jan. 5.

The entire event, presented by the South Jersey Basketball Summit Organization, takes place from Friday through Sunday.

The original Seagull Classic ran from 1972-90, and has featured such names as Albert King, Jamal Mashburn and current Oklahoma City Thunder coach Billy Donovan, according to The Press of Atlantic City. For the full schedule, click here.
