Moorestown Council Cancels June 6 Meeting

Any matters that were previously scheduled or noticed for this meeting will be taken up at the next scheduled council meeting on June 20.

Moorestown, NJ -- Moorestown Council has canceled its June 6 meeting, the township announced on Friday.

Any matters that were previously scheduled or noticed for this meeting will be taken up at the next scheduled council meeting on June 20, 7 p.m. at town hall.

The meeting was canceled because June 7 is Primary Day, and council typically doesn't hold meetings the night before an election, according to Township Clerk Patricia Hunt.
