Moorestown Football Team Pulls Away From Northern Burlington With 3 Second Half Touchdowns

Moorestown, NJ -- Brian McMonagle threw two touchdown passes to Brandon Outlaw, and Zion Howard scored on a pair of runs in the Moorestown High School football team’s 27-7 win over Northern Burlington Friday night, according to nj.com.

Howard scored first, on a 43-yard run in the first quarter.

Northern Burlington tied the game on a 4-yard run by John Paul-Lewis in the third quarter.

Moorestown went back on top in the same session on a 30-yard run by Howard, and never looked back.

McMonagle threw a 77-yard touchdown pass to Outlaw in the third quarter, and the two connected once more on a 25-yard scoring pass in the fourth.

Moorestown (2-2) will host Woodrow Wilson (2-1) on Saturday, Oct. 8, at noon.
