Moorestown High School Baseball Team Makes Playoffs

Moorestown, NJ -- The Moorestown High School baseball team has a tall mountain to climb, but it’s in the running for a championship.

The Quakers are the No. 14 seed in the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group 3 playoffs, according to the bracket posted on nj.com on Thursday.

Moorestown will visit No. 3 Hopewell Valley in the first round on Monday, May 23. The winner faces the winner of the game between No. 6 Nottingham and No. 11 Jackson Liberty on May 25.

The semifinals are set for May 31. The final is scheduled for June 3.

Moorestown (9-7) is 3-2 in its last five games.
