Moorestown's Soup For The Soul Benefits Philabundance Feb. 9

Moorestown High School Interact Club hosts the event at First Presbyterian Church.

MOORESTOWN, NJ - The Moorestown High School Interact Club will host its 15th annual “Soup for the Soul” charity event on Feb. 9, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the First Presbyterian Church.

All proceeds from this fully student-run event are donated to Philabundance, which is dedicated to ending hunger in the Delaware Valley.

Tickets grant attendees access to a buffet-style meal with all-you-can-eat soup and bread donated by local restaurants. There will also be live music from student performers throughout the day.

Tickets will be sold at the door and cost $10 for adults and $7 for seniors and children. Additionally, with a $10 takeout option, attendees will receive a container of their favorite soup, as well as two pieces of bread. Interact Club is aiming to raise $5,000.

Interact Club is dedicated to serving the community and is sponsored by Rotary International.
