He resigned for medical reasons, according to the Courier Post.

Paul Drayton has reportedly left his post as president of Rowan College at Burlington County.
Drayton’s resignation, for medical reasons, takes effect Sept. 1, the Courier Post reports. He had served as the head of the college since 2015, and made $203,206 a year.
Drayton took a leave of absence on Aug. 30, after the college appointed special counsel to investigate a complaint filed by a college employee on Aug. 24.
