Recreational Pot Can Finally Be Sold At Curaleaf's Second NJ Location
Twelve other New Jersey retail locations, including Curaleaf's Camden County shop, began selling recreational cannabis on April 21.

EDGEWATER PARK, NJ — Curaleaf's Edgewater Park location began selling recreational cannabis on Wednesday, the company said.
The retail operation was scheduled to start selling recreational marijuana on April 21. However, the township said the company had not fulfilled all the conditions of its approval, such as constructing a parking lot, and would not allow Curaleaf to sell recreational cannabis to be sold at the retail shop until it did so.
Curaleaf Edgewater Park's location has "private consultation areas, a secure online ordering system, exclusive checkout lines [and] designated parking spots" for medical marijuana users, the company said. The location also sets aside two shopping hours daily that are exclusively for medical marijuana users, the company said.

"After a successful adult-use launch in April, we are thrilled to expand our adult-use footprint allowing us to serve even more New Jersey consumers," said Matt Darin, CEO of Curaleaf. "I'd like to thank the Town of Edgewater Park for their partnership and for so graciously welcoming us into the community."
Edgewater Park's Mayor did not return Patch's request for comment.
