Rowan College at Burlington County helped locals get ready for Small Business Saturday with a recent resource fair at its Willingboro campus. Small Business Saturday is held annually on the Saturday after Thanksgiving to raise awareness of the importance of supporting small businesses.The resource fair was held by the college's Workforce Development Institute, in conjunction with the Burlington County Economic Development office, Burlington County Library and several federal, state and regional agencies that help small businesses grow. Vincent Amico, owner of Vincent's Ice Cream, in Mount Holly, was the featured small business speaker who discussed his shop, its expansion and involvement in Main Street Mount Holly.
