South Jersey Fireworks Guide For 2017
Looking to enjoy fireworks this July in South Jersey? Here's where you can go to see them.

It's almost July, which means soon fireworks will light up the skies in various summer celebrations of America. Fireworks displays will be held throughout the month around South Jersey. Some will be held on July 4; others will be held the weekend before the holiday, as well as later in the month.

SATURDAY, JULY 1
What: Medford's Independence Day and Fireworks Celebration
Where: Freedom Park, 86 Union Street in Medford
More: Local rock band No Commitment will perform. There will also be a Kids Activity Zone, food and fireworks. Admission is free, but donations are strongly encouraged. Click here for more information.

Where: Woodbury High School football field

SUNDAY, JULY 2
What: Mount Holly's Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks
Where: Ironworks Park, 157 Wollner Drive in Mount Holly
More: Children and adults are invited to enjoy rides, bounce houses, a trackless train, slides, a glow-in-the-dark hula hoop presentation and more. Additionally, the event will boast more than 35 different food vendors from around the region offering delicious culinary options sure to satisfy everyone’s palate, and a beer tent featuring local breweries like Spellbound Brewing and Village Idiot Brewing Company for attendees 21 years and older. MONDAY, JULY 3
What: Haddonfield Celebrations Association's Fourth of July Celebration
Where: Along Kings Highway between the Patco High Speed Line and Haddon Avenue in Haddonfield.
More: There will be plenty for children to do, including Mickey's Play Park for toddlers, and a Hippo chow down, a double lane 20 foot slide, a 45 foot obstacle course and a bounce house for older children. Fireworks begin around 9:20 p.m. Click here for more information.
What: Valenzano Winery's Independence Day Fireworks Festival
Where: Valenzano Winery, Shamong Township
More: The festival includes live music and entertainment, food trucks and crafters, bigger fireworks show ever, Valenzano Wines available by the bottle, souvenir wine glasses and paintball. Click here for more information.
TUESDAY, JULY 4
What: Freedom Festival and Fourth of July Fireworks Display
Where: Camden County Waterfront, Camden
More: The festival will include concerts and a veteran’s tribute, and will conclude with a spectacular, world-class fireworks display over the Delaware River. Starts at 5 p.m. Click here for more information.
What: Fireworks, Festivities and To The Max!
Where: Collingswood High School football field
More: To The Max will take the stage as the Borough celebrates America's independence. The eight-piece band, one of the liveliest in the Philadelphia region, will entertain the crowd with popular music and play patriotic tunes during the fireworks. Admission is free. Gates open at 6:30 p.m.; show starts at 8 p.m. Fireworks begin at about 9:15 p.m. at the high school stadium (424 Collings Ave). In the event of rain, fireworks are postponed to July 5. What: Audubon Fourth of July Events
Where: Audubon High School football field
More: A whole day of events is capped by a fireworks show at the football field. The parade is at 8:30 a.m.; athletic events are at 10:45 a.m.; the fire department hosts an Open House from noon to 2 p.m.; and the evening program begins at 7:30 p.m. Click here for more information.
What: Evesham Township's Fourth Of July Celebration
Where: Cherokee High School football field, Evesham Township
More: The event includes fireworks and food from local vendors. Skydivers will drop from the sky at 8:15 p.m., and the fireworks go off at 9:30 p.m. Click here for more information.
What: Washington Township Fireworks Show
Where: Washington Township High School football field, Gloucester County
More: Fireworks will be shot up from the football field beginning at about 9 p.m. There is no seating in the stadium. Click here for more information.
