Township Of Moorestown: Lenola Town Center Project Update

Letters to affected property owners requesting permission for contractors to enter upon their property, for Lenola Town Center Improvements, were sent out by certified mail on April 28, 2021.

Property owners were given an update on the project and a project map with their specific block and lot property highlighted.  Property owners were asked to return the Letter of Permission in Lieu of Easement by June 4th.

Per the Township Code, the Township will not be responsible for the maintenance of the new sidewalks upon completion of construction.
