7th Annual Ellie Reynolds ALS Foundation Golf Outing

Where: Crystal Springs Golf Resort (Wild Turkey) When: Friday, September 18, 2015 - 9am Shotgun Start

What’s it like to live with ALS?
Imagine not being able to get out of your house without the help of family members or friends. Or losing the ability to button your own shirt or take a bath on your own. These are the realities that people living with ALS—and their families—face on a daily basis.

The Ellie Reynolds ALS Foundation was established in 2009 to help provide the day-to-day comforts necessary to achieving a higher quality of life at little or no cost to patients and their families. The Foundation raises funds and works with companies to provide home improvement services (installing wheelchair ramps and sliding doors, adapting bathrooms, expanding doorways), healthcare equipment, and more.

Meet Jean—living with ALS since 2014
Last summer, the Foundation helped Jean gain back some of her independence by installing a wheelchair ramp at her home in Wayne, NJ. This amazing gift allowed Jean to get in and out of her home on her own without having to rely on her husband or sons for assistance.
