C'est Hello: Morristown Restaurant Set to Close Gets New Owner, New Start

Popular South Street deli, C'est Cheese, gets new lease on business life, report says.

A decades-old Morristown eatery set to close this month got a last hour reprieve as new owners have swooped in to save the business.

C’est Cheese on South Street has been purchased by Bill and Lisa Corvelli of Whippany, according to morristowngreen.com. Bill Corvelli is the owner of Corvelli Services, which remediates homes ravaged by environmental problems, the report said.

This isn’t the Corvellis first foray into the food industry, though. Just last year the couple purchased Hapgood’s, a Mountain Lakes deli, the report said. Current C’est Cheese manager Patrice Anderson will stay on staff, along with many other employees, the report said.
