Cops: Parents Left Young Kids Alone in Car

The following arrest information was supplied by the Morris Plains Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Morris Plains couple left their young children alone in a car in the parking lot for more than a half-hour Monday, police said.

Dane and Narailin Bath have been charged with disorderly conduct in the incident, said.

Concerned pedestrians who noticed the children crying first alerted officers to the car Monday, according to police. Sgt. Michael Koroski and Ptl. Jeffrey Hochman found three children—ages 3 months, 2 years and 4 years—in the vehicle unattended, police said.
