Driver Charged With Drug Possession

A Denville man was arrested on drug charges after a motor vehicle stop earlier this month.
Shortly after midnight July 9, Patrolman Jeffrey Hochman stopped a vehicle being driven by Lawrence Rizzo, 24, police said. He was ultimately arrested on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.
He was released pending a municipal court appearance.
