Introduction to Herbal Therapeutics

Jan Keyes, herbalist and veteran educator, of Long Valley, will present this 12-week, 2-hr./week course as an introduction to the uses, methods of preparation, terminology and a brief history of western herbalism.  She will introduce the class to about 50 herbs during this course that is geared to enlighten the layperson and the medical practioner alike in this $60 billion industry.  It is not to be used to imply or offer medical advice, but simply a forum for educational purposes.
