For a unique outdoor experience, come to "Nature Journaling -Butterflies for You and Me!" on Sunday, August 21 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm.
Visitors discover how butterflies can help a garden grow. Learn to use nature journaling to really “look” closely at these special insects.
“Families can have fun watching for butterflies visiting the many flowers in our garden,” said Pat Goodfriend, education assistant. “We’ll provide basic materials to sketch the butterflies and then identify them from their characteristics.”
