Fisher & Phillips Partner David Lichtenberg to Speak at SHRM Garden State Conference and Expo

MURRAY HILL, N.J., October 16, 2014 – David B. Lichtenberg, a partner at the Murray Hill office of Fisher & Phillips LLP, will deliver a session entitled “Advanced Disability Management Strategies” at the 23rd Annual Garden State Council Society for Human Resource Management (GSC SHRM) Conference and Expo on Oct. 20, 2014 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

Lichtenberg will discuss the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, in conjunction with state anti-discrimination statutes and workers’ compensation laws.
