A new and permanent dinosaur exhibit is now open at the It's called "Digging Dinosaurs," and here are five reasons why you–and your kids, of course–are going to love it.

  1. Because Of The T-Rex: You can stick your hand into the jaws of a T-Rex without worrying about losing it.
  2. Because Of The Laboratory: Museum guests can now examine fossils with magnifying glasses and electric magnifiers.
  3. Because Of The Art: Artist Karen Carr has created a 30-foot mural showing three hadrosaurs with their egg-filled nest.
  4. Because Of the Egg: Get in touch with the age of the dinosaurs by touching a real dinosaur egg.
  5. Because Of The Artifacts: You can examine some unusual and somewhat creepy items, like amber with insects trapped inside and skin impressions from a hadrosaur.
