5 Things The Planning Board Will Discuss

The Morris Township Planning board will take up a proposed Master Plan Amendment that would let redevelop its corporate campus—but that isn't the only thing on the agenda.

1) Parking: Revision of parking standards will be considered.

2) Professionals: A revision of the resolutions for legal council and planning consultant will be considered.

3) Van Beuren: A resolution memorialzing approval of a major subdivision on Van Beuren Road to create three more lots will be voted on.

4) Bob McEwan Construction Corp.: A resolution memorializing approval of a minor subdivision to create one more lot at 22 Glimpsewood Lan will be voted on. The subdivision was modified to include a neighboring property to allow for comre conforming lots. Various variances are required.

5) When: The meeting will be Monday, March 5 at 7:30 p.m. at the township municipal building.
