Hear Lincoln's Famous Address Saturday
Actor will read Gettysburg Address and talk about the battle Nov. 19 at Morris Museum.

An actor portraying Abraham Lincoln will read the Gettysburg Address Saturday, Nov. 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Morris Museum in Morris Township.
The occasion is the 148th anniversary of the dedication of the Gettysburg National Cemetery, in Gettysburg, Pa. Attendees will learn about President Lincoln’s activities during the Battle of Gettysburg in July 1863 and how that moment influenced the rest of the war.
The family-friendly event is presented to honor the memory of Joan Howson Clarke, founder and curator for more than 40 years of the School Loan Department at the museum. Clarke died on Jan. 9 at the age of 93.
