Icy roads have forced the Morris School District to open on a two-hour delayed opening schedule Monday.
The sunrise program will not operate, and kindergarten registration will run from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
An overnight storm created slick conditions in the area, and the district alerted students and teachers just before 5 a.m.
