You've just got until Sunday — or until supplies run out — to get free mulch in Morris Plains.
Borough officials say mulch will continue to be available at until Sunday, so long as supplies last. Already, more than 5,000 yars of mulch have been delivered to borough residents by the road department, officials said. Residents may bring their tools and containers to have at what's left.
