Morris Plains Co-Operative Playschool Celebrates 75 Years
A young Co-Oper tries out the disguises at the "Selfie-Station," one of the many fun activities and games.

The Morris Plains Co-operative Playschool, the oldest playschool in Morris County, celebrated its 75th Anniversary on Saturday, September 27th with a Carnival for current students and recent alumni. Children bounced, danced, played carnival games, dressed up, battled Darth Vader, sang with Elsa, grooved with musician Big Jeff, and had an all-around wonderful time celebrating this special school.
The Morris Plains Co-op is a private, non-profit, non-sectarian cooperative school. Since 1939 it has provided an exceptional environment for children, parents, and teachers to learn and grow together while families participate in their child’s preschool education. Each class is led by an experienced, certified teacher. An outstanding feature of the Co-op is the opportunity for parents to assist in their child’s classroom on a rotating schedule.
