Morris Teens Use Donations to Help Start Global Soccer Community

More than 3,700 uniforms have been donated and distributed to young soccer players around the world over the past six years.

Siblings Kevin and Maura De Laney of Morris Township and their cousin, Jack, of Morris Plains are making huge assists on and off the soccer field.

The trio created Soccer in a Suitcase six years ago, according to dailyrecord.com, which brings used uniforms and other soccer equipment to kids around the world to start their own teams and clubs.

Since 2008, more than 3,700 uniforms have been doled out and 233 teams created thanks to the initiative.
