Morris Twp. Offers Adult Blood Tests

The Morris Township Department of Health will offer an Adult Blood Test on April 21,  from 8 to 11 a.m., appointment required. The program will be held in the meeting room of the , 50 Woodland Avenue, Morristown.

The SMAC blood test includes tests for cholesterol, glucose level, complete blood count as well other values.

Pre-registration in person or by mail is required. Registration will begin April 2, 2012 and end April 17, 2012. Complete physician name and address necessary for registration.

This program is for Morris Township residents.
