'Museum Magic' Day Camp Offered

The Morris Museum has openings in its Museum Magic summer day camp programs. Museum Magic runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-noon  and is designed for children entering grades 1 through 4. Pick one week or sign up for them all. The price is $225 per week for members and $250 per week for non-members.Here are five programs to check out:

1. Week 1: July 11-15, Science Surrounds Us: Science is not just a subject in school - it's everywhere.
2. Week 2, five days: July 18-22, Time Travel Adventures: Experience what it would be like to be born in another era.
3. Week 2, three days: July 18, 20, 22, Teen Arts Program in Digital Photography: Students will create photographs with a Rock-and-Roll theme., some of which will appear in amn exhibit at the museum. For ages 13 - 18. Fee is $75 for members and $80 for non-members
4. Week 3: July 25-29, Digging Dinosaurs and Beyond: Explore the Earth and some of its oldest inhabitants.
5. Week 4: August 1-5, Art Smart: Art, Creativity, Inspiration: Design and create artwork using charcoal, pastels, paint, fiber and clay you make yourself.
