Paulo Monge of Morris Plains said he plans to fight a charge that he recently provided alcohol to a 19-year-old.
Monge, 36, an employee of , said he plans to hire a lawyer.
"I did not do it. I have witnesses to prove I did not serve her. ... We'll have to see what happens in court," he said.
