Sunday Pancake Breakfast To Raise Funds For Fairchild Fire Company
Break out the maple syrup and help the helpers.

The volunteers of the Fairchild Fire Company in Morris Township will be hard at work this weekend, but if all goes as planned, it won't be at a fire–it will be at a stove. The fire company will hold one of its popular pancake breakfasts on Sunday, April 17 from 8 a.m. to Noon.
According to volunteer firefighter Denise Imperiale, the company holds a pancake breakfast twice a year. "It’s a big fundraiser for us," she said. "The money collected is used to help defray the costs of running a firehouse–equipment, training, gear–the volunteers do all the cooking, serving, clean-up."
The breakfast costs $6 for adults, $4 for seniors and children 5-12. Children 4 and under eat free. The event will take place at the fire house at 2 Burnham Road, at the corner of Hanover Avenue. Register here.
