The Morris Township Police Department issued an advisory on Thursday, Nov. 17:
Milling and paving will begin on Sussex Avenue between Raynor and Gaston avenues on Monday, Nov. 21 and continue through Wednesday, Nov. 23. Motorists can exect delays and road closures and should use West Hanover Avenue whenever possible.
