3 New Restaurants Opening Soon In Morristown

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morristown's already bustling restaurant scene is about to get some new members. Here are three new eateries coming to town soon.

Agricola

Agricola is coming soon to 40 West Park Pl. by the Green. The restaurant already has a Princeton location, which touts fresh, "down to earth" foods. Agricola means "farmer" in Latin, which embodies the farm-to-table theme.

It's not clear when the restaurant will open, but they're setting up in their new Morristown location.

1776 by David Burke featuring Topgolf Swing Suite

Morristown will soon welcome another top chef, and he's bringing a golf suite. 1776 by David Burke featuring Topgolf Swing Suite will open its dining and entertainment venue sometime in early October.

1776 — located on the first floor of the 1776 on the Green office building — combines a simulated golf and entertainment experience with dining. Patrons can also use the simulator for games such as baseball pitching, soccer, zombie dodgeball and the quarterback challenge.

NOM Mexican Table & Tequila Bar

NOM Mexican Table & Tequila Bar set an opening date for 4 p.m. Monday. The full-service Mexican restaurant and tequila bar will open at 67-71 Morris St.

The establishment is part of the 40 North Restaurant Group, which also runs eateries such as The Office Tavern Grill and Town bar + kitchen.
