30 Accuse Delbarton Monks Of Sex Abuse: Report
A letter sent home to the school community reportedly apologized for the alleged abuse.

MORRIS, NJ — Thirteen monks from the abbey that run's Delbarton School in Morris Township have been accused of sexual assault, the Daily Record reported.
St. Mary's Abbey, which runs Delbarton, sent out a letter to the school community acknowledging 30 reports of sexual assault against the 13 monks. Father Michael Tidd, the school's headmaster, was one of the signatories.
The letter reportedly apologizes to those who were assaulted by any St. Mary's Abbey monks.

The school has been named in a number of lawsuits since 2012 over the alleged sexual abuse. Six are ongoing, while five have been settled, the Daily Record reported.
